Job Overview

Magnolia Wellness Center is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide quality care of residents. The candidate will work in a fun, team‑oriented environment and help make a difference in residents’ lives.

• Currently enrolled in a CNA school or licensed as a CNA
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm; willingness to handle residents of all maturity levels

• Prepare residents for therapy, activities, physician visits, religious services, etc., including transportation between activities.
• Answer residents’ call lights promptly.
• Attend in‑service educational programs, on‑the‑job training, and directed meetings.
• Assist residents with proper hygiene.
• Bathe residents as assigned and in accordance with established facility procedures.
• Follow infection‑control procedures when isolation techniques are needed.
• Chart required information every shift.
• Present professional image to consumers through dress, behavior, and speech.
• Adhere to company standards for resolving consumer concerns.
• Ensure that all consumer/resident rights are protected.
