The Registered Nurse is a professional practitioner who assesses, manages, directs, and provides nursing care activities during the patient's hospital stay and coordinates planning with other disciplines utilizing a patient/customer driven approach.

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessment/reassessment and age‑appropriate admission assessment.
• Accurately document findings and provide patient reassessment per plan of care.
• Establish, coordinate, and evaluate a plan of care based on assessment data and patient diagnosis.
• Administer and document medications accurately and monitor IV fluids and parenteral nutrition.
• Provide patient/family education and discharge planning per documentation guidelines.
• Collaborate with the health team and communicate patient care effectively.

• Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri.
• Experience in surgical or postoperative nursing preferred.
• Proficient in ICU or surgical ICU practice.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
