Rotating Schedule 3x12 shift

6:30am - 7pm

Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose

Performs clerical, secretarial and customer service functions within assigned patient care area.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinates all human resources functions for unit. Ensure nursing staff has all the proper paperwork required.
  • Works with management to ensure appropriate staffing levels on all areas. Staffs any pod, providing breaks and lunches when necessary.
  • Coordinates all surgical scheduling activities. Directs and monitors the flow of patients and maintain the scheduling of those patients.
  • Coordinates, maintains and orders inventory and supplies.
  • Provides clerical support for department as necessary.
Minimum Requirements Education
  • High School Diploma or GED
