Schedule

• Scheduled shifts only NO call, NO weekends
• 1 4 shifts per week
• 8-hour day shifts: 6:30 AM 3:00 PM
• Coverage dates needed:
  2/4, 2/13, 2/16, 2/18 2/20, 3/4, 3/12 3/13, 3/18, 3/20, 3/26 3/27

Practice Setting

• Critical Access Hospital
• OR-based, outpatient-focused (day-only surgery with limited inpatient cases)
• Average daily census:
  cases
• 3 OR suites + 1 procedure room
• Patient population:
  Pediatrics to geriatrics

Case Mix

• Endoscopy (Upper & Lower GI)
• Urology, Podiatry
• Orthopedics (Carpal Tunnel, Total Hips/Knees)
• General Surgery (Scopes, Hernia Repairs, Fundoplication)
• Potential ENT & Pediatric cases (Tubes, Tonsils)
• No heads, hearts, or OB

Anesthesia

• General & MAC only
• No regional blocks

Support & Resources

• Strong support team including:
• Day Surgery/PAT RN
• RN Circulators & Surgical Techs
• Perioperative leadership
• CRNA Chief + 2 full-time CRNAs
• Chief of Surgery (MD)
• EMR:
  Meditech Expanse (CRNAs chart in SIS)
• Standard anesthesia equipment
