Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor

Base salary: $62,400 – $ per year. Sign‑on bonus: $12,000. • Facilitate patient care by assessing and evaluating patients' physical, psychosocial and emotional needs.
• Coordinate delivery of safe and appropriate patient care governed by evidence‑based clinical practice.
• Monitor care and data to optimize patient outcomes.
• Facilitate patient and family education; act as a resource to the health care team.
• Ensure actions meet and support the overall goals of the organization.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• 2–5 years of nursing experience, preferably 2 years in pediatrics (general medicine, pulmonary or PICU).
• Education:
  
  Nursing diploma or associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• No prior supervisor experience required.
