Compensation: $130,000 - $145,000 Annual Salary

PositionDescription
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) for our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Saint Louis, Missouri. This is a full‑time, in‑person position, Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm.
Qualifications- Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Missouri
- 1+ years of experience as an NP in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
- Upon admission to the facility, examine residents and their medical records.
- Conduct check‑ups, manage chronic conditions and medications, provide transitional care management, discharge planning, and family engagement.
