Location: St. Louis

Occupational Health RN – Boeing – BJC.

BJC Corporate Health Services seeks an RN with occupational health experience to join the team at BJC’s on‑site occupational medicine clinic servicing Boeing’s employees. The RN will assess employees for work‑related injuries or illnesses, perform occupational examinations (wound care, immunizations, phlebotomy, vision/hearing, drug screening, spirometry), document per regulatory standards, and support return‑to‑work coordination.

Location:

Boeing’s metropolitan St. Louis facility.

Schedule:

40 hours per week, dayshift Monday‑Friday, 7:30 am–4:00 pm (no weekends or holidays).

Responsibilities
  • Assess employees for work‑related injuries/illnesses and required occupational exams.
  • Deliver treatments and testing such as wound care, immunizations, phlebotomy, vision/hearing tests, drug screening, spirometry.
  • Document patient care and work‑site medical information in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate return‑to‑work plans and referrals with medical and occupational teams.
  • Promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in a dynamic team environment.
  • Participate in professional development and interprofessional teamwork.
Minimum Requirements
  • Registered Nurse license (RN).
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
  • Experience:

    none required; on‑the‑job training provided.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in occupational health nursing.
  • Credential(s) such as COHN preferred.
  • Background in clinical occupational medicine, wound care or musculoskeletal assessment.
