Position Summary

This Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) is eligible for a $15,000 sign‑on bonus and $5,000 relocation reimbursement, which will be discussed with interviewed candidates. In addition, hires are eligible for additional compensation bonuses tied to productivity and retention. These positions offer billable hours, shift and holiday differential, and monthly bonuses.

Position Details

• Full‑time (average 40 hours per week).
• Schedule consists of an average of (3) 12‑13 hour shifts per week to include up to 50% nights, weekends, holidays, and paid call.
• Flexible scheduling options may be available, including weekend and/or night shift‑only options with additional incentives.
• Eligibility for a recurring retention bonus given after 12 months of employment and every 2 years thereafter.
• Monthly bonus (including productivity and shift differential).
• Annual bonus.
• Referral bonus.

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 30 days - American Heart Association

More About This Job

• Certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or recent completion/anticipated completion of accredited ACNP program.
• APRN licensure or ability to successfully obtain licensure within three months of date of hire.
• Active MO license and in good standing, or ability to obtain.
• Certain/additional certifications or experience may be necessary based on area of specialty.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support - American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications

• Critical care experience.

Grade S33

Base pay is commensurate with experience. The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
