What You'll Do
Partner with patients and families in care decisions.

Develop and document individualized care plans using evidence-based practices.

Perform safe hand-offs using  SBAR  and bedside reporting.

Communicate effectively with physicians and the multidisciplinary team.

Stay engaged in unit huddles, process improvement projects, and continuing education.

Maintain certifications and competencies to deliver the highest standard of care.

Qualifications

Education:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).

Licensure:  Current RN license in Missouri or compact license.

Certifications:

Required:

BLS  (American Heart Association) within 30 days of hire.

Preferred: ACLS, NRP, C-EFM, and others as applicable.

Experience:

Previous RN experience required;
Women's Health experience preferred but not mandatory.
