Clinical Nurse

Key Responsibilities Include

• Promoting patient and family-centered care through education on illness management, post-treatment needs, and medication administration.
• Participating in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Developing, implementing, and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values and cultural factors.
• Utilizing critical nursing skills to evaluate patient conditions and needs.

Qualifications And Skills

• RN license; BSN preferred, ADN considered.
• Experience in critical care or Phase 1 PACU preferred; no experience necessary.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, respect, kindness, and excellence.
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with alertness and professionalism.
