Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to join its team. You will supervise dialysis care according to policy and training, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while fostering a collaborative patient-focused environment.
In this role you will provide direct hemodialysis care, lead dialysis technicians, monitor treatment responses, coordinate with physicians, and maintain accurate electronic medical records to ensure safe, continuous care for residents.
