Clinical Nurse – Acute Medicine – Day Shift

This position involves providing direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. • Develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the patient, family, and healthcare team.
• Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and barriers to involvement.
• Ensures effective communication across the continuum of care and proactively addresses patient values, spiritual, cultural, and population-specific needs.
• Works in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safety at all times.

• Education:
  
  Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree;
  Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
