Clinical Nurse – Operating Room, CT & Vascular

This nursing position involves providing direct patient care within a fast-paced, specialized environment, focusing on cardiac, thoracic, and vascular procedures. It emphasizes promoting patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and ensuring safety and quality compliance. The role includes developing and documenting individualized care plans, assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver optimal care.

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with standards.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care, medications, and health management.
• Participate in safety initiatives, quality improvement, and professional development activities.
• Communicate care plans effectively across teams and address patient preferences and barriers.

• Required:
  
  Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree and RN licensure.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.
