Acute Internal Medicine Nurse – Nights

The position involves providing high-quality acute internal medicine nursing care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to manage patients with complex medical conditions.

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within established standards.
• Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while actively participating in professional development.
• Develop and communicate individualized care plans, considering patient preferences and needs.
• Utilize critical nursing skills to address physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.

• Required:
  
  Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree and RN licensure.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.
• Safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and safe work practices.

• Full-time, 12-hour night shifts (7pm to 7am).
• Eligible for a $15,000 Sign-On Bonus.
• Work in a multidisciplinary environment supporting advanced patient care.
