Seeking a Multidisciplinary ICU Registered Nurse to provide expert patient care in a newly established ICU department. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within nursing standards, promoting patient and family-centered care
, and educating patients on managing their health and medications. The nurse will participate in initiatives that enhance patient safety, quality, and compliance
