Assistant Nurse Manager - GYN Oncology

This position involves managing a specialized 24-bed unit dedicated to female patients with GYN Oncology issues, providing moderate to high acuity care including chemotherapy, surgery, radiation, symptom and pain management, palliative, and hospice care.

• Coordinate patient care, develop collaborative care plans, and ensure documentation according to policy.
• Manage staff hiring, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
• Oversee staffing, productivity, and department operational goals, including budget adherence.
• Supervise daily operations, manage staff scheduling, payroll, and communications.
• Ensure safety and compliance, supporting high-quality patient outcomes.

• BSN required; RN license essential.
• 2-5 years of nursing experience; less than 2 years of supervisory experience acceptable.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
