ICU Clinical Nurse – Nights

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in an ICU setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, aligned with nursing standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.

• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication across care continuum.
• Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific considerations.
• Participates in promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and engages in ongoing professional development.
• Responds to emergency calls with critical care physicians, delivering compassionate and clinical excellence.

RN license required; preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with at least 2 years of ICU experience. Critical care training, ACLS certification, and ICU experience are highly valued.

Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care, educate patients and families, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure communication of care plans. The position is safety-sensitive, requiring alertness and safe work practices.
