ICU experience preferred; no prior experience required for entry - Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-conscious setting

- Participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities
- Develop and implement care plans with a multidisciplinary team
- Assess patient needs and preferences holistically
- Respond to medical emergencies as part of the hospital’s emergency response team
