Role Overview :
Provides direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards. - Minimum education:
Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree; preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. - Licensure:
Active RN license. - Preferred experience:
2+ years of RN experience, strong IV skills. - Additional skills:
Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and prioritize patient needs.
