Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a Pediatric Home Care Specialist & Acute Care RN for a high-travel role. You will deliver in-home episodic and longitudinal pediatric care and flex into virtual acute care to support urgent needs.
You will collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, pharmacists and therapists to ensure family-centered, coordinated care. You must have an active RN license, BSN, PALS/BLS, and 2+ years pediatric home care experience; EMT/P and driver’s license are a plus.
