Role Overview :
Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on managing illness, and ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Develops and documents individualized care plans, collaborates with the healthcare team, and communicates effectively across care settings. Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers.
Maintains safety sensitivity as a core job requirement.
Requires a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree and RN licensure. No prior experience necessary; preferred candidates have a Bachelor’s in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience. Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills are essential.
Key Duties:Educate patients and families, participate in quality and safety initiatives, and contribute to professional development. Ensure comprehensive documentation and communication of care plans. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and ongoing learning in a supportive environment.
Additional Information:The position involves night shifts, 3-12 hour shifts, with rotation every 3rd weekend and holiday, featuring a modified self-scheduling system.
