Stepdown Unit - Clinical Nurse

This position provides direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards.

• Promote patient- and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participate in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.
• Develop, execute, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication across care continuum.
• Use critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations.
• Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safe practices at all times.

• Education:
  
  Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree required;
  Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Licensure:
  Valid RN license.
• Experience:
  
  No prior experience necessary; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.
