Neuro ICU Registered Nurse - Nights

Join a specialized neuro ICU team as a registered nurse, providing advanced care for patients with complex neurological conditions such as traumatic brain injuries, strokes, and spinal cord injuries.

• Delivering patient-centered, holistic nursing care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Educating patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Developing and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients' families.
• Monitoring and assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.
• Participating in quality, safety, and regulatory compliance activities, along with ongoing professional development.

• Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree; BSN preferred.
• Experience in ICU or neurological care is preferred; no prior experience required.
• Ability to work safely and maintain high alertness as this is a safety-sensitive role.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Night shifts (12-hour, 7pm to 7am) with every third weekend requirement.
