Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with nursing standards.
• Educate patients and families on managing illnesses, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Promote safety, quality, and regulatory compliance through participation in professional development activities.
• Develop and communicate personalized care plans, considering patient preferences and barriers.
• Utilize critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.

• Minimum of Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree in Nursing; RN licensure required.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with at least 2 years of experience.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient education skills.
