Acute Medicine Registered Nurse Night Shift

This position involves providing direct patient care in an acute care setting, focusing on Med Surg and occasional trach patient management. The nurse will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, including patients and families. Responsibilities include promoting patient-centered care, educating on illness management, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and addressing physical, psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs.

• Educational requirements:
