Lead with compassion. Care with purpose. Responsibilities Overview:As an Assisted Living Charge Nurse (RN or LPN), you'll oversee resident care, support your caregiving team, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors living in a luxury Assisted Living setting.
What You’ll Do:- Provide clinical oversight and leadership to CNA's, CMT's, and other direct care staff.
- Direct nursing care provided to all residents in accordance with State and Federal Regulation and administrative policies.
- Monitor and maintain accurate and complete records of nursing observation and care/treatment provided in nursing notes.
- Maintain communication between nursing personnel.
- Perform CMT duties as needed.
Job Types:
Full-time and Part-time positions available.
Schedule:- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
- 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm)
$32.00 - $35.00 per hour
FlexibleHours:
- Part-Time: 12 – 32 hours per week
- Full-Time: 32 – 40 hours per week
- A valid unencumbered Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License is required.
- At least1 year of Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience in an Assisted Living setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skillsto build meaningful connections with staff, residents, and families.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.
- Reliable transportation is required.
