Role:
Provides direct outpatient nursing care in an OB-GYN clinic, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs.
Responsibilities:Promotes patient- and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and ensures safety, quality, and compliance. Develops and documents individualized care plans, collaborates with the healthcare team, and assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.
Qualifications & Skills:Requires a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree and RN licensure; 2+ years of experience preferred, with a BSN/MSN and experience in women’s health, urogynecology, or oncology considered advantageous. Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.
