Qualifications & Skills- Minimum education:

Active RN license. - Experience:
No experience required; 2+ years of ICU experience preferred. - Additional:
Oncology, Surgical, or ICU bedside experience are advantageous but not mandatory. - Professional development opportunities include certification prep (CCRN, OCN, BMTNC) and participation in educational programs.
