Seeking a compassionate and dedicated Assistant Nurse Manager to lead a new multidisciplinary ICU. The role involves supporting the Nurse Manager in daily operations, clinical oversight, staff development, and maintaining high standards of patient care

• Manage staffing, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development.
• Oversee patient care, ensuring interventions are tailored to patient age and needs, and document appropriately.
• Develop and implement collaborative care plans based on assessment and treatment.
• Coordinate staff schedules, payroll, and communication, making staffing and overtime decisions.
• Ensure departmental productivity aligns with operational goals; conduct performance reviews and address performance issues.

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• RN license required.
• 2-5 years of experience; leadership experience preferred, with 5-10 years of nursing experience and < 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills essential.
