Acute Medicine Nurse Nights

This position involves providing direct patient care in an acute care setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care within professional standards. The nurse promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and participates in safety, quality, and compliance activities. Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team, and assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations.

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred)
• Current RN license
• Experience is preferred but not required; 2+ years for advanced roles
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with alertness and safety awareness

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care and education
• Develop and document care plans with clear goals
• Assess patient needs holistically and respect diverse backgrounds
