- Education:
Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree required;
Bachelor's Degree preferred - Licenses:
Valid RN license - Experience:
No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles - Skills:
Critical nursing skills, ability to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, strong communication, teamwork, and patient education skills
