Responsibilities- Manage staff, including performance evaluations, scheduling, and disciplinary actions.
- Participate in staffing, budgeting, and ensuring operational goals are met.
- Oversee patient care plans tailored to patients' age and needs, ensuring documentation and adherence to policies.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary team efforts to deliver high-quality care to critically ill oncology, bone marrow transplant, and surgical patients.
- Support staff productivity, conduct performance reviews, and implement improvement strategies.
- Maintain a safe environment, complying with safety standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
- 2-5 years of nursing experience, with preferred supervisory experience.
- Current RN license.
- Preferred experience includes 5-10 years of nursing and less than 2 years of supervisory experience.
Leadership experience and ICU background are strongly preferred. The role involves call rotation for weekends and holidays and supports professional certifications such as CCRN, OCN, and BMTNC.
