• Manage hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and conducting professional development for staff.
• Develop and monitor departmental staffing, revenue, and expense budgets, adjusting to business needs.
• Oversee patient care planning, documentation, and implementation based on assessment and medical treatment.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, payroll updates, and address variations in staffing hours.
• Conduct performance reviews, issue corrective actions, and support staff disciplinary processes.

• Required
  
  Education:
  
  Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree; RN license.
• Experience:
  
  2-5 years in nursing; supervisory experience preferred.
• Preferred Education:
  
  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Preferred Experience:
  
  5-10 years in nursing; less than 2 years of supervisory experience.

• Requires OR experience; supervisor or charge experience is a plus.
• Role involves direct staff management without staffing responsibilities.
