Coordinates patient care, manages staff, maintains equipment, and oversees departmental operations in a specialized endoscopy department offering advanced procedures such as EGD, colonoscopy, EUS, ERCP, bronchoscopy, and video capsule endoscopy. The role involves supervising RN staff and technicians, ensuring quality patient care, and supporting departmental goals.

• Hires, trains, evaluates, and develops staff to meet operational objectives.
• Participates in staffing, budgeting, and responding to business changes to meet financial targets.
• Ensures patient care aligns with individual needs, creating collaborative care plans based on assessments and medical treatments.
• Oversees staff productivity, manages payroll, and handles staff communication and disciplinary actions.
• Conducts performance reviews and recommends improvements for team members.

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, RN licensure required.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor's degree in Nursing, 5-10 years of experience, and ≤2 years of supervisory experience.
• Leadership, personnel management, and operational skills essential.

• Workdays are 8 or 10 hours; availability via phone for questions.
• Experience in charge/leadership roles is preferred.
