Clinical Nurse - Wound & Ostomy

This position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards.

• Promote patient- and family-centered care by educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance while engaging in professional development.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and families, ensuring effective communication across care settings.
• Utilize critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific factors.
• Maintain safety protocols, as this role is safety-sensitive, requiring alertness and safe work practices.

• Education:
  
  Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing;
  Bachelor's Degree preferred.
