Clinical Nurse - Pediatric ER, Part Time

The role involves providing direct patient care in a pediatric emergency department, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.

• Promoting patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participating in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.
• Developing, implementing, and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families, ensuring clear communication across care continuum.
• Using critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers, including cultural and spiritual factors.

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree; RN licensure required.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with at least 2 years of pediatric or emergency department experience.
• Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a safety-sensitive position.
