ICU Registered Nurse - Nights

• RN license;
  Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred)
• ICU experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, communication, and patient education skills
• Ability to work safely and in alertness, handling emergency situations effectively

• Deliver compassionate, patient- and family-centered care
• Participate in safety initiatives and professional development
• Coordinate and communicate care plans across the team
• Assess physical, psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs
• Maintain compliance with standards and regulations
