Assistant Nurse Manager - Operating Room

This position is for an Assistant Nurse Manager in the Operating Room at a hospital with 23 ORs and future expansion plans. The role involves staff management, patient care oversight, equipment maintenance, and operational responsibilities
. It does not include staffing duties but involves direct reporting and supervision of nursing staff.

• Manage personnel, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
• Contribute to departmental staffing, budgeting, and resource management.
• Oversee patient care plans, ensuring interventions meet patient needs and documenting appropriately.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, payroll, and communication, including conducting performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Support operational goals, staff productivity, and compliance with policies.

• Required:
  
  Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree, RN license, 2-5 years of experience, supervisor experience preferred.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, 5-10 years of experience, less than 2 years of supervisor experience.
