In this role, you will provide direct patient care, assess needs, develop and implement care plans, and educate patients and families on post-treatment management. You will participate in activities promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
. The position involves working in a busy surgical setting with 23 operating rooms, including advanced systems like robotic surgery.
- RN license
- Critical care or PACU experience
- BSN preferred; ADN candidates enrolled in a BSN program may be considered

- Promote patient and family-centered care
- Educate on illness management and medication use
- Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the team
- Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations
