Neurology Nurse Manager

Responsible for coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining equipment, and ensuring operational efficiency within a specialized rehabilitation unit.

• Manage staff including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development.
• Develop and oversee departmental staffing, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Provide direct patient care aligned with planned interventions, ensuring documentation and compliance.
• Create collaborative care plans based on patient assessments and medical treatments.
• Supervise staff productivity, conduct performance reviews, and manage staff communications.

• RN license with a nursing diploma/associate's degree;
  Bachelor’s preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Experience as a Team Lead/Charge Nurse or ANM is preferred.
