Role: The Manager oversees RN staff in Interventional Radiology and Radiation Oncology, including Nurse Navigators and Coordinators.
- Responsibilities:
Manage personnel by hiring, training, evaluating performance, and ensuring departmental productivity and goals. Develop staffing and budget plans, monitor staff hours, approve payroll, and handle staff communications. Coordinate patient care plans based on assessments and collaborate with medical teams. Ensure compliance with policies and support staff professional development. - Qualifications:
Requires RN licensure with a BSN, 2-5 years of RN experience with supervisory responsibilities. Preferred candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, 5-10 years of experience, and less than 2 years of supervisory experience. Experience in Radiology is advantageous.
Key Duties: Staff management, operational oversight, developing and implementing care plans, and ensuring departmental efficiency.
