Assistant Nurse Manager - Operating Room

• Manage team activities including hiring, onboarding, performance evaluation, and professional development.

• Coordinate staff scheduling, payroll, and communication, including conducting performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Assist in maintaining operational goals and promoting high standards of patient care.

• RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; BSN preferred.
• 2-5 years of nursing experience; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
