ICU Assistant Nurse Manager; ANM; Evening

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Assistant Nurse Manager to lead a new multidisciplinary ICU.

• Role & Responsibilities:
  Support the Nurse Manager in daily operations, clinical oversight, staff development, and maintaining high patient care standards. Serve as a mentor, resource, and clinical leader to foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Key Duties:
  
  Manage staffing, hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development. Oversee patient care planning, documentation, and compliance. Ensure operational efficiency, staff productivity, and adherence to budget and departmental goals. Handle payroll, staffing assignments, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Qualifications & Skills:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN required), RN license, critical care experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. Leadership experience is preferred, with additional experience in supervision and staff management highly valued.
• Additional Requirements:
  
  Critical care experience is essential; leadership experience is preferred. The role involves safety-sensitive responsibilities requiring alertness and safety awareness.
