For over 30 years, The IMA Group has provided high-quality medical and case management services nationwide. We are seeking experienced Registered Nurse Case Managers to support workers’ compensation cases in the St. Louis area.

• Coordinate medical care and treatment plans for injured workers.
• Attend medical appointments and monitor treatment progress.
• Communicate with providers, employers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys.
• Prepare case management reports and documentation.
• Support return-to-work planning and coordinate evaluations as needed.

• Active Missouri RN license.
• Minimum 3 years of Workers’ Compensation Field Case Management experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Professional liability insurance or ability to obtain.
• CCM, CRRN, or related certifications preferred.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Caseloads and assignments may vary.
