Clinical Nurse Transplant

We are seeking a Clinical Nurse specialized in Kidney and Liver Transplant Surgery to join a highly skilled, fast-paced transplant unit. This full-time, night-shift role involves providing direct patient care in complex transplant and hepatobiliary procedures, supporting patients through life-changing treatments.

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within nursing standards.
• Educate patients and families on managing illness, post-treatment care, and medication.
• Develop and modify individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team.
• Participate in activities promoting patient safety, quality, and professional growth.
• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams including physicians, pharmacists, dietitians, social workers, and spiritual care providers.

• Current nursing license or ability to obtain licensure within 90 days.
• Education:
  
  Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required;
  Bachelor's degree preferred.
• No prior experience necessary, with structured orientation, critical care training, and nurse residency programs offered for new graduates.
