Clinical Nurse – Neuro Interventional Radiology

Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs. Participates in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in ongoing professional development.

• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the interprofessional team, patients, and families.
• Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific considerations.
• Ensures communication of the care plan across all levels of care, proactively addressing barriers to patient involvement.
• Supports a safe, healing environment and adheres to regulatory standards.

• Experience:
  
  No experience required; 2+ years in ICU, ED, IR, or Cath Lab preferred.
