Clinical Nurse Pre-operative

• Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within established standards.
• Educating patients and families on post-treatment care, medication administration, and recovery processes.
• Developing and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients.
• Using critical thinking to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations.
• Participating in activities promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.

• Minimum education:
  
  Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree;
  Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Licensure: RN license required.
• Experience:
  
  No prior experience required; 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Skills:
  
  Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking abilities; safety-consciousness essential.
