Telehealth ICU Registered Nurse – Nights

This position involves providing direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. It emphasizes promoting patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, and ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. The role includes developing and documenting individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team, and assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers.

It requires critical nursing skills and a safety-conscious mindset.

• Educate patients and families on managing health conditions and post-treatment care.

• Create and communicate personalized care plans with clear goals in collaboration with team members, patients, and families.
• Assess patient needs holistically, respecting cultural, emotional, spiritual, and population-specific factors.

• RN licensure;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 2+ years of critical care experience preferred.
• Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree acceptable; experience in supervisory roles is not required.
