Registered Nurse - General Medicine; Night Shift

Join a dynamic 18-bed Medical/Surgical unit in a full-time night shift role, working three 12-hour shifts per week with rotating weekends.

• Providing direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, adhering to nursing standards.
• Educating patients and families on managing illnesses, post-treamtment care, and medication administration.
• Promoting patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development.
• Developing and documenting individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team and patients.
• Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations.

• Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree in Nursing; RN licensure required.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with at least 2 years of experience.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, communication, and time management skills.
