Neurology Day Shift Clinical Nurse

Role: Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on managing illness, post-treatment care, and medications. Participates in activities ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and engages in professional development.

• Develops, implements, and documents personalized care plans with clear goals in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
• Maintains communication across the continuum of care, proactively planning and updating care strategies.
• Works in a safety-sensitive environment, demonstrating alertness and safe practices at all times.

• Education:
  
  Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing.

  Certifications:
  
  Valid RN license.
• Experience:
  
  No prior experience required; preferred candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.
